Event overview
When we send our prescriptions on to the NHS Business Services Authority (BSA), it is essential that the prescription contains the information required for accurate payment. However, understanding how these prescriptions are processed is really important if we are not to waste valuable time providing information which is unnecessary. During this study day, we will be covering prescription payments and how to use the resources available to us to identify when and where a prescription might need endorsement.
We will also cover how efficient work in this area will improve profitability in the dispensary. You will have the opportunity to talk through real-life examples and case studies.
This course is best targeted towards dispensary management and staff, as well as practice managers and GPs.
