Order Cut Off & Delivery
All orders will be subject to a £5.00 + VAT carriage charge unless stated below.
PHOENIX provides a next day delivery service for all orders processed before 12:00 on Monday to Thursday.
All orders placed before 12:00 on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless they contain a temperature controlled product; these items will be delivered the following Tuesday.
We cannot guarantee a specific time you will receive your order, however goods will be delivered anytime up to 6pm.
On occasion we may have to utilise a temperature controlled courier in which case the lead time will be 2 working days.
Returns
No products are to be returned without the prior written authorisation of PSUK/PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution. Please contact our customer service team if you would like to organise a return on 0844 736 2287.
In accordance with existing industry guidelines all discrepancies have to be reported to Customer Services within 3 working days of delivery. Goods will not be accepted for return if they have been re-labelled or used in any way, or if any tamper evident seals have been broken.
All returns must be appropriately packaged to avoid damage in transit and all appropriate paperwork must be sent back with product or credit will not be issued.
Fridge lines are non-returnable unless faulty.
Any items ordered in error will be subject to a £10.00 carriage/re-stocking charge to be applied once the good have been returned.

PSUK works with Lyreco to supply you with a range of office and work place supplies.
Lyreco products are supplied by Lyreco directly and are subject to their own T&C’s. Please visit their website for more information.
PSUK also offer a range of products that are supplied directly by the manufacturer or other 3rd party suppliers, these are subject to their own T&C’s. Please check the suppliers websites or ask your PSUK regional advisor for more information.
