Temporary Suspension of Mounjaro Ordering – Operational Update
Following recent news regarding Mounjaro and the upcoming price change effective 1st September, PHOENIX is currently experiencing a significant surge in demand.
To manage this, we have temporarily disabled ordering of all Mounjaro SKUs from our Wakefield and Birmingham depots to relieve operational pressure.
Please be assured that there are no supply issues with Mounjaro. This is a temporary measure to ensure smooth distribution across our network and to prevent disruption to other patient-critical products.
We are also closely monitoring stock levels in several of our smaller depots, where demand has similarly increased. Over the coming days, we will be processing more frequent inbound deliveries in smaller quantities to manage stock flow more effectively. Mounjaro stock is being replenished regularly and should be available again within the next couple of days.
We are actively monitoring the situation and will keep you informed of any further impact to service levels.
