Supply of OTC medicines

As you may be aware, one of our major competitors are currently facing supply disruption, which has led to a spike in demand from PHOENIX, resulting in PHOENIX receiving a month’s OTC orders in the last two days. We are doing our best to meet this unexpected demand, but in the short-term there will be restricted availability during this peak period.  

As part of our contingency planning over the next few days we are prioritising supply for the most essential GSL, and P medicines, all other categories are unaffected.

We want to assure our customers that we are doing our utmost to meet their needs when a massive supply disruption of this nature takes place outside of our control.
