Regularly reviewing our prescribing in certain clinical areas not only improves patient outcomes but also improves the efficiency of our dispensaries and as we all know, efficiency is key to profitability.
Aimed at the practice clinical team and key dispensary staff, this session will examine the process of self-auditing your prescribing in various therapeutic areas and then look at the process of developing practice protocols which will help to guide your practice prescribing towards profitable choices.
Delegates will leave equipped to examine prescribing in their own practices in-line with national or local guidelines, and with the knowledge on how to analyse medication choices that make commercial sense.
